In 2004, Noah was recruited by Guardhill Financial Corporation, a high-end mortgage bank based in New York City. There he worked with Fortune 500 executives, professional athletes, and various celebrities to secure their financing requests while working with a team to establish a banking platform to help fund loans to the secondary markets. Through these efforts he became the companies first business development manager and worked closely with the owner of the company. His efforts drove the firms agenda to capture market share and capitalize on the condominium boom, while providing an experience that would serve as the beginning of a consulting career.
In 2006 Noah founded The Coughlin Group which arranged mortgage financing for high net worth individuals, based out of New York City. During the banking crisis in the Summer of 2007, Noah was contacted by a Goldman Sachs investment banker whose goal was to acquire traunches of distressed mortgages, notes and REOs on behalf of several global hedge funds. Through his banking contacts Noah was able to facilitate discussions with traders at Lehman Brothers and Bear Stearns.
In 2008, that same Investment banker connected Noah with a creative marketing agency to serve as chief catalyst for an internet start up. Noah was responsible for handling day-to-day operations, human resources, sales and most importantly fund raising for the firms launch and initial efforts.
In 2009 Titan Consulting retained Noah to help build a construction recruiting and business development practice. By leveraging his relationships within the commercial real estate and banking communities, Noah was quickly able to solicit and win major contracts with Construction, Engineering and Architecture firms and operated as Vice President of the company.
Today, based out off Boston Ma, The Coughlin Group consults with corporations related to business development and sales. Noah is currently the strategic business development lead for Caton, an interconnects supplier to defense contractors and semi conductor equipment manufacturers. Noah is also an active loan officer with Lendmark Mortgage corporation NMLS# 905965 and offers low cost wholesale mortgages from multiple lenders to professionals in and around the Boston market place.
A 1998 graduate of Tabor Academy he went on to earn a BS in Finance and Computer Information Systems from Manhattan College, where he was also a 4 year letter-man for the Jasper’s NCAA Division 1 Basketball team.
