We only perform searches on a retained basis and we prefer to take on your most important hire.
Training & Coaching
TCG will work with individuals within your firm and custom tailor a specific lesson program to work on the weaknesses of the individual. Often this work will drill deeper into the psychology of the professional and demand a closer look at “why” someone is going to work. By outlining processes, cause and effect, we are able to help the individual anticipate success as well as failure and show them how to cognitively choose success on a daily basis. We focus on business development and sales professionals primarily.
